MyDataMeister is located in the USA, and would never farm out any work, unless specifically requested, by you.  There are other online resources available, for similar types of support.  However, although their rates may be appealing, it is important that you keep in mind that those workers can be located in any country, across the globe.

Not only will you want to be confident about exactly who is working with your information, but as a US resident, I am available during traditional business hours, as well as evenings.  Should either of us have a question regarding one of our projects, we should be able to speak in a matter of minutes.
